Our Story
Maha Medicare was founded in 2022 by dr. Natassya Sandra Tillasman, a general practitioner who is currently pursuing advanced training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Universitas Udayana, Bali.
With a clear vision to improve access to reliable and responsive healthcare services in Bali, the journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic, when access to timely medical services became increasingly important. At that time, Maha Medicare initially operated through home service rapid testing, helping patients receive safe and convenient medical support without leaving their homes.
Through this experience, dr. Natassya witnessed firsthand the challenges many patients faced — including delayed response times, limited availability of services, and inconsistent patient care experiences. She recognized a clear gap in the healthcare landscape: patients needed medical services that were not only available, but also professional, responsive, and reliable.
Driven by this realization, she set out to build something different — a premium medical clinic designed to deliver fast, dependable healthcare with high service standards.
What began as mobile medical services during the pandemic soon evolved into the establishment of Maha Medicare as a full-service clinic. Today, Maha Medicare operates as a 24-hour medical clinic serving Seminyak and Canggu, supporting both residents and international visitors with professional and accessible healthcare services.
The foundation of Maha Medicare remains rooted in one core principle — providing dependable medical care when patients need it most.
